Luxury housing scheme comprising of 17 family homes with associated access, parking, garaging, landscaping and amenity space, located in the village of Gosfield, Braintree.

SPD Studio provided a full technical design package including a construction package under our architectural team, a planning conditions package and both civil and structural technical packs.

The success of this project has allowed for the full construction of the site which is now being occupied.
