The Lindens, Gosfield – Energy Centre Design Support & Coordination

Development of 17 dwellings in Gosfield with associated access, parking, garages, landscaping and amenity space.

SPD Studio Provided a full Technical design package, Construction package under our Architectural services, a Planning Conditions package and both Civil and Structural Technical package. 

​

The energy center will provide district heating and electricity to all 17 units of the new development, power from a solar array in the adjacent field to the west of the site.
