NORTHGATE FARM

SPD Studio provided Planning, Architectural, Civil and Structural Engineering for this mixed use development of a conversion and amendment of an existing barn to a small office of 190m2 and three proposed new build two storey dwellings of approximately 160m2.

The houses are proposed as 4 bedrooms. The house roof ridge height is no more than 7.4m subservient in height to Kings Barn of 8m.

The dwellings would also have a single storey garage and make use of renewables such as solar hot water, PV panels and air source heat pumps.
